Question: Does extras such as turning on/off lights, bringing in mail and watering plants cost extra?
Answer: No, our certified pet sitters are happy to perform these additional activities for you. We know the importance of looking as if someone is home.
Question: How will I know my house key is secure and will only be used by the agreed upon sitter?
Answer: All house keys are number coded, and do not show the owner or address of our clients. Keys are locked in a large key safe with one person access. The key safe it self is locked in a large commercial safe for your protection. All keys are signed out and in by the owner.
Question: How do I know my dog/puppy won't be subjected to pets with unpredictable behaviors?
Answer: Our certified pet care specialists are trained in pet behavior and awareness. Behavior is monitored during our initial visit. The caregiver wants to get to know your pets so we can care for them while you're away. If it looks like it isn't a good fit, we must decline our service for the safety of our other "pet clients" and caregivers.
Pets are not allowed to play with other "pet clients" unless you, as the owner, specifically agree.
We understand, like children, they may sometimes fight over the same toys. No pets are EVER left alone without human supervision in the same room unless they are secure in their own separate area and ready for down time.
Question: Do I get my money returned if I cancel services?
Answer: Angels On Earth Pet Services limits the number of pets we take care of in order to adhere to our strick guidelines of time spent with your pets. Although we do everything possible to cater to our clients last minute cancellations are different to replace.
Our clients receive a 100% refund if cancelled two days prior to services. If cancelled within two days of agreed upon service a $50. cancellation fee applies.
Holiday Cancellations: Pet sitting services and kennels receive more requests for reservations than they can handle during the holiday. Most likely we have turned away other clients to reserve a place for your pets. If cancelled seven days or less prior to any holiday, we will charge one half of the agreed upon service.
